A strong, faithful witness for God for more than 120 years

For well over a century, Central has been a strong, faithful witness to its community and the world. Many of those who continue to lead Central Baptist Church today are descendants of our original 144 members whose founding covenant included a phrase that has become our motto: Keeping house for God.

While Central is rooted in the strengths and traditions of its past, we are a congregation not afraid to let the Spirit of God lead us into new endeavors. With each new person who becomes a part of the life of Central, our congregation is led into a future where we aim to grow in our love for God and in our relationships with one another as we serve our community together.
