Scholarship Opportunities

Central is privileged to be able to administer and distribute several different scholarships for undergraduate and graduate students each year.

General information about each scholarship is listed below. All applications are available in the church office or can be sent via email, by request.

Harold and Catherine Barron Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is for Undergraduate Education, Graduate Studies for Career Advancement or Educational Programs for Career Change. Applications for the fall of each year are due by the end of March.

Sally Pinson Steed Scholarship

This scholarship is for those who are currently a student at Shorter College or plan to attend Shorter next year.  Applications are due by the end of March.

Jennie Fowler Cole Scholarship

All college students who are members of Central Baptist Church are eligible to receive this scholarship. Applications are due by the end of March.
