Youth Ministry

Youth Ministry at Central strives to help young people (grades 6-12) mature in their faith just as Jesus did:

“He grew and became strong; he was filled with wisdom, and the grace of God was upon him.” (Luke 2:40) At this crucial time in their lives when God is calling young people into a deeper relationship with Jesus and the world, we will help them discern God’s voice as well as their response to that call. We do that through weekly Bible Studies, regular retreat weekends, summer youth camp, and mission and service opportunities locally and around the world.

Our goal is a Youth Ministry that:

creates authentic relationships, is formative and transformative, is mission-focused, is relational, is safe, and is sustainable.

Weekly opportunities to live and learn together during the school year include:

Sunday Bible Study at 10:00 am
Sunday Worship at 8:45 am and 10:55 am
Monday Morning Prayer Breakfast at 7:15 am
Wednesday Middle School Youth Group at 6:00 pm
Wednesday High School Youth Group at 6:45 pm

We also offer retreats in the fall, winter, and spring, and March Mission Madness that give us the opportunities to laugh, play, and learn together while God strengthens our bonds of friendship. We also experience Unidiversity Youth Camp each year.
